WebbThe build quality is top notch and the control system is pretty intuitive. Only issue is, the temp control is in I think 25 degree steps. Not ideal for low and slow. The good news is they’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and they’ll update the firmware for free. I plan to do it soon and then it’ll be a perfect smoker for my needs.
