Dfs replication monitoring

WebDFS Replication event log monitor issues. I am trying to configure an application monitor to check for event ID 5003 in the DFS Replication log. However, it appears that no matter what criteria i put in to the monitor, it never returns any findings. Has anyone else had issues with querying these logs? i am running SAM 5.5.0.
