Ok so on my side I got everything the t3 armor and everything for the "open world" quest but I never got the dungeon map and I've tried redoing the quest but I still didn't get the map. WebEven if open world mobs are better, people will still do solo dungeons instead. The amount of risk involved in doing open world monsters vs. Dungeons isn't even remotely comparable. Most players will be better off ignoring roaming mobs and saving the time and money they'd lose to fighting in the open world.
