Curl and libcurl versions do not match
WebJun 14, 2024 · The problem is that PHP 7.3, PHP 7.2 and PHP 7.1 all are using this 7.64 version of CURL. And trying to download php_curl.dll from PHP 7.0 makes curl not working.
