WebJun 12, 2024 · Tinkmaster Overspark's been ingame since Vanilla, where he handed out some quests for Engineers and the Gnomeragan dungeon. He was also present in Pandaria AND Legion. In those quests, he seemed pretty nice overall I am Tinkmaster Overspark, and I am the chief architect for modern gnomish engineering principles in the world today.
