I tried cleaning it with tooth paste, baking soda, soaking in vinegar and water, and then soaking in peroxide and water. It came out completely orange after the last soak. WebI've been rolling with just them in place (no additional mouth guard), even though they're thin they do act as a little bit like a mouth guard, they prevent your teeth from clashing and from you biting your tongue in my experience. It actually has a long list of things it protects, including, but not limited to, your tongue, your jaw, & whatever part of your opponent strikes you, as well as your teeth.
